Barr Al Jissah, the exceptional luxury destination in Oman, is excited to announce an exclusive partnership with award-winning superyacht designers Bannenberg & Rowell.

Bringing “yacht living” to Barr Al Jissah, Bannenberg & Rowell will draw inspiration from the destination’s  spectacular ocean setting to create cutting-edge interiors for the limited edition town homes- the world’s first limited edition town homes designed by Bannenberg & Rowell, one the most famous names in yacht design and are responsible for some of the world’s most iconic superyacht interiors.  They will bring their extensive experience in contemporary yachting design to the interiors of the limited edition town homes.

The four bedroom, five bathroom town homes, located on the hillside above Barr Al Jissah, will offer uninterrupted views across the Gulf of Oman and feature luxurious details more typically associated with superyachts; with the aim to bring the stunning natural surroundings inside whilst evoking a sense of place and Omani authenticity. Residents can also benefit from lifestyle amenities provided by the Shangri-La hotel located within the destination, as well as enjoy luxury concierge and transportation services and marina facilities.
