Art Exhibition by Mazzoleni Foundation in Venice
The elegant rooms of Mazzoleni Gallery in Venice, at the JW Marriott Resort & Spa on the “Isola delle Rose”, just across the lagoon of San Marco, will host up to 15 October an interesting Art Exhibition of inspired by the cinema. The event, in line with the 73rd Biennale Venice Film Festival, includes the exhibition of 48 artworks, including paintings, sculptures and photographs created by emerging Italian artists.
In the great hall of the luxurious Venetian Hotel will be display two original works by Andy Warhol and Mimmo Rotella, world-renowned artists who often entered the film world in their prestigious and listed creations. In the gallery Instead, the President of the Fondazione Mario Mazzoleni, has selected recent works, with different styles but all linked by this theme. The exhibition was inaugurated by several celebrities including Torre de Gracia and Matteo Viviani by “Le Iene”, on Saturday 10 September, at the “Grand Gala Arte Cinema e Impresa” always organized by Mazzoleni Foundation and now its second edition.
The exhibition is open daily from 10 am to 12 and from 16 to 20. In the garden resort they are also exposed sculptures of Barci Master until later this month. To reach the island art lovers can enjoy the Marriot Hotel Free shuttle service available every 30 minutes from the Giardinetti Reali di Piazza San Marco..
