The exhibition presents the Brioni smoking James Bond, worn by Pierce Brosnan in the 2002 film “Death can wait”.
In several rooms of the museum there are mannequins with magnificent stage costumes by movie stars, such as the nun costume of the movie “The Barefoot Contessa” (1956) worn by Ava Gardner, or the trouser suit by Claudia Cardinale of the film “La pink panther ”(1963).
Visitors to the exhibition will also be able to admire several dresses worn on the red carpet of major events, such as the red Valentino dress by Elizabeth Hurley, the Prada tulle dress by Cate Blanchett or a Versace by Jennifer Lopez.
All the clothes are works of author and are made at the highest level
so the famous Russian designer Irina Krutikova shared her impressions.
I’m just surprised that the show is called 60 years of Italian fashion.” I have been working in fashion for almost 60 years, and in Italy, fashion existed much earlier! And in general, Italy’s influence on world art, of course, is indisputable!
added Irina Krutikova.
