Designer branded residences
888 Brickell by Dolce & Gabbana, Miami
Dolce & Gabbana are presenting 888 Brickell, their first real estate project in Miami in collaboration with JDS Development. The project will be the tallest building in the city at 1,049 feet (319.74 meters). It will offer custom turnkey residences with one-to-four-bedrooms, with interiors designed exclusively by Dolce & Gabbana, and a 5-star hotel. The façade will feature a combination of ivory travertine and matte black steel beams that give the building an expressly vertical appearance, setting it far apart from its neighbors. There will be 115,000 square feet of amazing amenities including a 44-foot lap pool, indoor padel court, signature restaurant, theater screening room and much more. Pricing starts at $3.5 million. The car branded residences
Mercedes-Benz Places, Miami
Mercedes-Benz Places will be a 67-story, 791 unit building offering studios-to-three bedrooms. It will be the first Mercedes-Benz branded residential tower in America. The design centers around an eye-catching, cube-shaped structure. Simple geometric bodies will interconnect to create a prominent skyscraper that stands out in the current architectural landscape of Miami. Technical silver will be the dominant color, complemented by the classic Mercedes-Benz black and white. The residential tower will offer a car fleet for residents and EV charging stations. It will be part of a mixed-use development called 1 Southside Park being transformed into an urban oasis. Prices start at $500,000 to $4 million with penthouse prices not yet announced. Ready 2027.
Bentley Residences, Sunny Isles Beach
Rising 62 stories on the coveted oceanfront in Miami’s Sunny Isles Beach, Bentley Residences will be the first ever Bentley-branded residential glass tower encompassing 216 ultra-luxury condominiums. The tower harnesses the legacy and prestige of the world-renowned automobile brand and integrates hospitality services that go above and beyond. The development will include a residents-only restaurant led by James-Beard award-winning chef Todd English, the famous ‘Dezervator’ car lift and in-home sky garages, a private, heated swimming pool on every residence’s terrace, fully automated kitchens and much more. Prices start at $5.6 million. Ready Q4 2027.
Pagani Residences, North Bay Village
The first-ever Pagani Residences in the world coming to North Bay Village in Miami will have 28 stories encompassing 70 units, all corners with sweeping bay views. Pagani Automobili founder & CEO, Horatio Pagani envisions the Pagani Residences as a perfect blend of the brand’s meticulous design ethos with Miami’s vibrant lifestyle, looking to provide homeowners the same thrill as driving a Pagani hypercar. Prices start at $2.4 million, the same price as a Pagani supercar. Ready 2027.
Restaurant branded residences
Cipriani Residences, Miami
Soaring 80 stories with 397 units in the heart of the Brickell Financial District, this will be the brand’s first ground up residential development in the U.S. Cipriani Residences Miami will bestow its renowned 5-star hospitality with exclusive amenities, attracting Cipriani loyalists to this property. Among the array of premium offerings are a private, residents-only restaurant, speakeasy, and round-the-clock Cipriani dining services; a multi-level, resort-style deck with two swimming pools, cabanas and poolside service, a world-class wellness center featuring an ice bath plunge, cycling-focused fitness center, a pickleball court and more. Arquitectonica is designing the tower which will offer one-to-four-bedroom units. Prices start at $1.7 million. Ready 2028.
Ora by Casa Tua, Brickell, Miami
Casa Tua founder from Italy, Micky Grendene created his first restaurant under this namesake in Miami Beach in 2001. Leveraging on their success, outposts were opened in Aspen and Paris. Developers took notice and Ora by Casa Tua was envisioned. This residential development will encompass the simple charm that Casa Tua is known for. It will be a 76-story mixed-use building in the Brickell area offering soulful dining and vibrant entertainment curated by Casa Tua for both residents and visitors. Multiple dining experiences will be offered along with a rooftop lounge with panoramic views. There will be 540 units ranging from studios to four bedrooms allowing short-term rentals. Prices start at $990,000. Ready 2028.
Villa Miami, Edgewater
Major Food Group (MFG), founded a decade ago, has grown globally now including 45 restaurants, 3 private clubs, 2 hotels and now 1 new ultra-luxury residential tower coming to Miami’s hip new Edgewater area, called Villa Miami. This is MFG’s first step into residential development. Villa Miami will be a 58-story, 650-foot-tall crystalline tower with a copper color-cladded exoskeletal design. The Villa will be available to as few as 50 families, offering expansive full-floor vertical “villas” with 360-degree views of Biscayne Bay and the city. To develop best-in-class residential kitchens famed Major Food Group Co-Founder/Chef Mario Carbone will draw upon his expertise. There will also be a helipad and private dock at Villa Miami alongside Biscayne Bay and even a bank vault for owner’s precious belongings. Prices start at $4.8 million. Ready Q4 2026.
