Venice Film Festival 2024.
On the occasion of the 81st Venice International Film Festival, the third edition of the “My Venice Orchestra” concert was held. This unique ensemble, featured 30 female musicians and the extraordinary tenor Cristian Ricci, who was the only male performer!
This initiative, patronized by the M.I.C. (General Directorate for Entertainment), the Veneto Region, and the Venice Film Festival, was created and supported by entrepreneurs united by a common denominator: “a love for Venice” and its local excellence. Notable figures include Paolo Tamai, Giuliano Canella, and Teodoro Russo, who hosted the event at the historic Liberty-style Palazzo of the Hotel Ausonia Hungaria.
Among those present were a select parterre of guests, including entrepreneurs and diplomats. Distinguished names were present among the partners, representing the enhancement of the territory, such as Alberto Barbera, Director of the Venice Film Festival, and Claudio Scarpa, General Director of AVA and Honorary Consul of Uruguay. They were interviewed by Dr. Anita Lo Mastro, an expert in promotion and internationalization of excellence and Senior Advisor for the international platform Excellence, which once again held its customary appointment in the enchanting city of Venice this year.
Also present were Marco Contessa, representing the CEO of Forno d’Asolo, Engineer Mauro Nicoletti, CEO of INM partner, Dr. Federica Bosello, Communication Manager of the Port Authority, and entrepreneur Elena Colucci.
The evening concluded with an impromptu performance by tenor Cristian Ricci, who interpreted The Dawn Dressed in White.
