Thursday the 7th November, THE VIEW Fine Dining restaurant presents Chef Riccardo De Prà from the Michelin starred restaurant “Dolada”.
A member of one of Italy’s most respected culinary families, Riccardo De Pra’ grew up in – Dolada – the establishment with the longest Michelin star story in Italy.
He has travelled extensively to hone his skills (he even trained with Michelin-starred chefs in Japan in his twenties) and he is known as one of Italy’s most innovative chefs, which is likely why he was chosen for the Clooney-Alamuddin nuptials.
Dinner features a constellation of signature dishes paired with wines from prestigious cellars.
