Baglioni Resort Sardinia, 5 stars inaugurated on 1 June 2021 in the protected marine area of Tavolara, on the north-eastern coast of Sardinia, north of San Teodoro is a structure with 78 rooms and suites, and a restaurant, Gusto by Sadler Restaurant , entered with a Michelin star in the 67th edition of the prestigious red guide, one of the major international references for evaluating the quality of the catering, hospitality and tourism offer.
Winning the star in just a few months after the resort opened has exceeded our expectations

A recognition that confirms the success of a partnership resulting from the union between Claudio Sadler, whose brigade is synonymous with culinary excellence in the world, and the Baglioni Hotels & Resorts brand.

we thought it appropriate to give a different connotation by offering customers the opportunity to choose between a more local and a more gastronomic experience
The advantages are twofold:
an extra distinctive element to be able to be chosen and an attraction towards external customers, given that the resort is located within a private area where there are many villas
The profitable management of Gusto by Sadler Restaurant brought, between June and October of last year, a turnover of about 1.5 million euros, equal to 15% of the 7 and a half million registered by the hotel.
We believe that there is further room for growth thanks to the achievement of the Michelin star
Polito affirms, expecting to reach 20-25 percent in the year.
Results that the group aims to replicate also within the 5-star Baglioni Hotel Luna.
