Miami Beach’s new “Billionaire’s Row”

It extends along Collins Avenue from 17th to 21st Street.

Move over “Millionaire’s Row” because now we have “Billionaire’s Row” coming to South Beach on Collins Avenue from 17th to 21st Street.

Miami’s Mid Beach area on Collins Avenue from 44th to 59th Street was referred to as “Millionaire’s Row” ions ago. It was anchored by the Firestone estate (now the Fontainebleau Hotel) on the south and the Bath Club on the north.

This new “B Row” starts where the new Ritz Carlton Residences will be built around 17th Street. Moving up the avenue, the iconic Raleigh Hotel is becoming the Rosewood Raleigh Residences. And further up is the famed Shore Club hotel being transformed into the Shore Club Collection.

These three properties are being turned into ultra-lux living environments with some condos priced from around $10 million and penthouses from $120 million to $150 million. The Shore Club penthouse was already sold pre-construction for $120 million breaking records.

And at the top of “Billionaire’s Row” will be the first Bulgari Hotel in America. It will be positioned next to The Setai, the first super luxury hotel and condo property built way back in 2004. Miami Beach has come a long way since then. These new lux living residences will be ready around 2027 with billionaire residents inside.

Miami Beach now has both the “Billionaire’s Bunker”, an elite private enclave of waterfront mansions on Indian Creek Island, home to the likes of Jeff Bezos, Tom Brady, Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner.

Who will be the newest billionaires to inhabit “Billionaire’s Row”?
And when will “Trillionaire’s Row” arrive in Miami Beach?
