Elle Magazine joins the Miami team of towers.
Elle Residences coming to the emerging Edgewater neighborhood in Miami will be Elle Magazine’s first branded residential tower. It will be Miami’s first residential building branded after a fashion magazine. Fashion designer brands (Missoni, Fendi), car brands (Aston Martin, Porsche, Mercedes, Bentley & Pagani), restaurant brands (Cipriani, Casa Tua) and of course hospitality/hotel brands (Four Seasons, Ritz Carlton, St. Regis, W, Viceroy, Edition, Faena, AMAN, Shoreclub, Raleigh) are already de rigueur in Miami.
“This groundbreaking residential project will debut a new legacy for Elle, one of which we are proud to share in the next chapter of this influential brand. Our aspiration is not just to build a tower, but to create an ownership experience that amplifies modernity with timeless sophistication of Elle’s 80-year history.” Fernando de Nunez y Lugones, Developer and CEO Vertical Developments.
The new luxury condo tower will be conveniently located in Edgewater between Midtown Miami and the Miami Design District. The project is a collaboration between Vertical Developments, Urban Network Capital Group and the French publisher Lagardère News (the parent company of Elle Magazine) and designed by Behar & Partners. It will be a 25-story, 180-unit tower allowing short-term rentals, with prices starting at $525,000.
Elle Residences joins the slew of new Miami developments in the pipeline with lower price points and flexible rental programs appealing to investors interested in the Miami market.
The Elle residential tower will include two floors of amenities including a wellness center, fitness studio, meditation garden, outside fitness lawn, spa as well as a rooftop pool and lounge with panoramic sunrise and sunset views.
Elle Magazine, founded in 1945, expanded into real estate in 2022 with its first hotel in Paris, Maison ELLE Hotel. It has added another hotel in Amsterdam and cafes in Thailand and Taiwan as well as spas and beauty salons. And of course, Elle Decor is an ongoing design magazine under the Elle umbrella.
