Red Circle Investments completes another acquisition.
The Renzo Rosso holding company invested in Cortina d’Ampezzo, securing ownership of the oldest hotel of the so-called Queen of the Dolomites. This is the Hotel Ancora, founded in 1826 and undergoing renovation.
According to the newspaper Il Gazzettino, Flavia Cusinato, owner of the 4-star structure since 1984, sold it. The reopening, after the restructuring is scheduled for Christmas.
This is not the first transaction concluded in the hotel business by the holding company of the founder and president of Diesel. The Red Circle portfolio also includes the Pelican hotel in Miami Beach, a structure with 30 suites, and the Chiltern Firehouse in London, in the residential district of Marylebone. As for food & beverage, before Masi Agricola, Red Circle had already acquired a share of EcorNaturaSì, the leading chain of organic supermarkets.
