Inaugurated in 2009, Sushi Beach restaurant quickly became a premier destination for Japanese cuisine enthusiasts in Savona. Founded by cousins Alessandro Danello and Alberto Tiranini, who are part of the fourth generation of a family deeply rooted in the restaurant industry, Sushi Beach reflects their desire to share the culinary experiences they encountered during their travels to the East. Inspired by the allure of Japanese gastronomic culture, the two entrepreneurs sought to infuse Savona’s traditional culinary scene with innovation and exotic flair, blending the finest Japanese dishes with the fresh, high-quality seafood of Liguria.
