The Residences at 1428 Brickell, Miami

The Residences at 1428 Brickell, Miami

The Residences at 1428 Brickell will be the world’s first high-rise residential 70-story tower powered in part by the sun. Photovoltaic glazing will be blended into the building’s 70-story façade rising 800 feet into the Miami skyline. This solar energy feature represents the importance placed on sustainability and carbon reduction. There will be a 24/7 guard-gated entrance securing access to this uber-luxury building. There will be 189 residences ranging from two-to-four-bedrooms with 80,000 square feet of amenities including a rooftop pool and atrium. There will also be a seventh level full floor family-focused space with children’s amenities. Two-story residences will include a special Antonio Citterio-designed sculptural staircase. The six-story mixed use development will have 54 branded luxury residences alongside 100,000 square feet of class A office space, with more than 22,000 square feet of amenities, and an exclusive THE WELL-branded fitness and wellness center. This will be the first fully integrated luxury wellness development in America. It is designed to support the ultimate holistic, 360-degree wellness lifestyle. Prices start at $ 1.25 million. Fisher Island, one of the wealthiest zip codes in America, is a self-contained private island for those who seek privacy and security. The residents move around the island by golf cart. Six Fisher Island will be a 10-story, 50-unit building and will have its own slip for superyachts. Prices start at $15 million with a $90 million penthouse and $55 million ground floor villa. The Aman hospitality brand is one of the most elite and exclusive in the world. Aman has 35 hotels and resorts in 20 inspiring destinations across the globe. Aman Miami Beach Residences will bring Aman’s eastern philosophy to the heart of Miami’s cultural district. There will be both a hotel building and residential tower. The hotel will be housed in an iconic art deco building brought back to life by renowned architect, Jean-Michel Gathy with 56 guest suites. While the newly built residential tower will be designed by talented Japanese architect, Kengo Kuma with 22 residences. The Aman compound will include an Aman Spa and a private Aman Club. Prices are being kept top secret and supposedly already sold-out except for the penthouse also with an unknown price. Ready 2026.

Rivage Bal Harbour, Bal Harbour

Rivage Bal Harbour, Bal Harbour

Rivage Bal Harbour will be the first ultra-luxury new development in Bal Harbour offering the best of beachfront living in this upscale community near the Bal Harbour Shops. It will be a 25-story, 275-foot tower with 56 residences sitting on a 2.67-acre site with 200 linear feet of beachfront. The residences will range from three-to-eight bedrooms. The development is being designed by world-renowned architectural firm, SOM known for Burj Khalifa in Dubai and Willis Tower in Chicago. In addition to all the usual amazing amenities, there will be both padel and pickleball courts, plus a virtual reality game simulator. Prices go from $8 million to over $65 million for the penthouse.
