THE WELL Bay Harbor Islands Residences are the first of its kind in the world, offering a place where you can live, work and play in complete wellness. The Residences include 54 bespoke condominiums and over 22,000 square feet of amenities, including a state-of-the-art fitness center and wellness center. An electric house car will be on hand for owners as well as a reading room, board room, two pools, plus outdoor equipment like bicycles, paddle boards, kayaks and more. Special services will include organic toxin-free cleaning, delivery of fresh organic produce, fish and meats, in-home plant design and maintenance and a welcome energy clearing ceremony.
The list of wellness-related offerings will be extensive: Restorative, purifying Bath House, where all experiences at THE WELL Bay Harbor Islands begin – Rejuvenating saunarium, infused with radiating heat and low level humidity to dry the body in preparation for your wellness treatment – Miami’s first caldarium, a relaxing, social wellness experience that supports respiratory, circulatory and immune health – Halotherapy steam room to facilitate advanced detox, support the lymphatic organs and promote deep relaxation – Energizing Cold Dip experience that widens the arteries, stimulates blood flow, accelerates recovery and boosts the metabolic system – Vitality treatment rooms to boost skin health and radiance – Daily fitness and movement classes through our Mindful Movement program – Spacious private lockers and personal styling suites – Fresh juice and organic snack bar – IV vitamin therapy – Infrared and Sound Dome combines the healing benefits of infrared heat with sound therapy to treat the body at a cellular level.
In all there will be 54 units across 8 stories ranging from 1 to 4 bedrooms with prices ranging from $1.4 to $4.6 million ready summer 2025. All residents will receive complimentary memberships to THE WELL and Beach Club.

THE WELL Coconut Grove Residences also will offer a place to live where luxury and wellness intertwine seamlessly to create a sanctuary where your well-being is elevated. There will be 194 residences with 72 different floor plans offering owners an opportunity for personalization. Some special choices include townhomes with private gardens or ground-floor lofts with 22-foot ceilings and double-height windows. Calm neutral color palettes will be used throughout.
The 13,000 square foot Wellness Club by THE WELL will be transformative. This state-of-the-art hub will have a diverse offering from hyperbaric chambers and IV therapy to aerial yoga and steam showers. There will also be a rooftop oasis: a 40,000-square-foot amenity deck featuring two pools, hot and cold plunges, private cabanas, a Fitness Forest, and a pickleball court.
