VI•OR restaurant: an ode to Venetian countryside
VI•OR is the restaurant of Villa Ormaneto, a modern trattoria where tradition is not seen with nostalgia but as continuous inspiration for the future. The classic Venetian recipes were delved into and brought to the present by creating modern and light dishes of traditional Veronese cuisine. Particular attention was paid to the most popular local ingredients, finding new and contemporary ways of interpreting them. The restaurant is open in the evening from Tuesday to Saturday and on Sunday for lunch.

Nestled in the peace of a secular park in Cerea, about 20 miles from Verona, Villa Ormaneto is the perfect, exclusive location for events and congresses in Veneto. The Villa is equipped with a conference room, a tensile structure and large indoor and outdoor spaces, enhancing public and private events, business lunches, meetings, corporate events, gala evenings and so forth with style and elegance.
Conference room and Meeting room
Created out of the Villa’s old barn, this elegant conference room is a large and versatile workspace equipped with a projector, a screen and Apple TV. Villa Ormaneto is the ideal setting for organizing different corporate events such as team building, workshops, seminars, road shows, and corporate meetings. Villa Ormaneto offers many reserved areas where to set up exclusive business meetings. The Villa is available to its guests throughout the duration of the event for a coffee break or to end the working day with a gourmet lunch or dinner at VI•OR restaurant.
Tensile structure
The 200 square meters tensile structure, elegantly set up and immersed in the secular park, can accommodate up to 180 seated guests, for both lunch and dinner. Its position within the park is what makes it unique: guests, surrounded by the secular tress, will feel embraced by nature, in a truly relaxing and refined setting.
Events in the secular park
It is possible to arrange coffee breaks and business meetings outdoors in summer. The restaurant, VI•OR, can also create a specific menu based on the needs and requests of its guests. This customization can range from a gourmet menu that offers contemporary Venetian cuisine to a banquet, always particularly attentive to the refinement and the quality of the ingredients.

Deluxe room
Each deluxe room, sized 28 square meters, opens onto the secular park and retains the charm of the past thanks to a mixture of modern and antique furnishing pieces adorning the bedroom and the bathroom.
Junior suite
The attic of the two junior suites, each sized 36 square meters and located in the ancient barn of the Villa, creates a sense of warm welcome and, together with elements of furniture and lighting, makes these rooms refined and elegant.
Deluxe suite
In this magnificent and spacious suite, sized 78 square meters, in the countryside of Verona, there is a walk-in closet and an exclusive spa equipped with loungers, hot tub, herbal tea corner and massage bed to make the guests’ stay in Villa Ormaneto even more unique and pleasant. At Villa Ormaneto, breakfast is served in the bright room flooded with natural light overlooking the garden.
